The Answers You Need
We accept e-transfers, all major credit cards & cash payments. 3% upcharge is applied for credit card transactions. All programs require a deposit of half down upon application, and the remainder due before any program material will be distributed.
What kind of payment do you accept?
Your coaches will connect with you once a week, requesting you fill out your weekly client check in. Besides having several mediums to keep in touch with your coach—phone and video calls, in-app messaging, and email—you’ll receive strength training targets, weekly progress reports, and specific nutrition guidelines to follow. Communication is KEY. If you do your part, we guarantee we will do our part. We will be in your corner to motivate you if you stray off course.
How do you keep me accountable?
We design programs for the gym, or for home! Our coaches will make whatever you have on hand, work for you so that you’re able to get maximum results with what you have. So, whether you’re limited to only bodyweight exercises or you have a full commercial gym at your disposal, we’ll be able to set you up for success.
What if I don’t have access to a fully equipped gym?
That’s not a problem; you’ll be able to partake in our coaching programs, whether you’re a complete novice or you've been exercising for decades. We tailor our client’s training, meal planning, and assignments to their competency level. That way, they’re able to start their coaching experience exactly where they ought to, progress at an appropriate pace, and then stand on their own once they’ve finished their program.
What if I am a beginner?
Once you are connected with your coach, together you will discuss exercise and training strategies. We consider key lifestyle factors which affect both time and energy availability. What do you want? How badly do you want it? What are you willing to do to get it?
Can I make this work on a busy schedule?
After you have received confirmation of your application you will be connected to your coach within 48 hours. Once we establish which program is right for you and we’ve gathered all the necessary information we need to create a custom program, you will have all your program material within a week's time. Your coach will give you an official start date, which is typically a Monday.
